Please provide strong bin bags and cleaning materials for the first visit.  Anything else required for disposal/storage can be discussed as we go along.


I will take before and after photographs – which I will be happy to forward to you.   With your permission, I may want to use these for marketing purposes.  These will always be totally anonymous.


The fees are £35 per hour and I suggest that sessions are 3-5 hours in length and you may require more than one session.   There will be a mileage charge for journeys over 25 miles in distance. There is a £20 charge for an initial consultation but this is deducted from your bill if you decide to proceed.

Payment is due at the end of each session – either cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

 I have always loved working with people and my aim is to help you clarify and achieve your goals. I can work with you to in a calm and positive manner and motivate you to regain control and put in place systems to keep things running smoothly. 

Areas Covered

I am located about half an hour south east of Cambridge and half an hour north east of Stansted.

I aim to cover Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire – but please feel free to enquire about other areas as well.

Cleaning and Preparation

There is no need to clean or tidy before I arrive!  I will be ready to roll my sleeves up and work with you and we will do any light cleaning required as we go. 

Disposal of unwanted items

I can help you bag up items for removal and advise on best way to dispose of things whether it’s charity, selling or dumping.  However, I’m not generally able to take things away on your behalf.
